How It Works

Our program is tailored towards helping the black high performers.

1 - Strategy Call

  • Get on a call with Joshua to discuss your challenges and goals and set a road map for your health moving forward.

2 – Data Collection

  • We will map your health journey on a 30-minute onboarding call. This includes setting your health mission and goals, arranging health tests, and thoroughly auditing your current nutrition, training, sleep, and lifestyle.

3 – Foundation

  • We will provide you access to our private community and world-class fitness app, where we begin the setup process. You will begin following the personalized program, track your daily performance habits and get results immediately.

4 – Data Analysis

  • We will then analyse the data from any health tests and provide you feedback on the results.

    You will then be able to make simple changes to your lifestyle to improve specific metrics and transform your energy levels and confidence.

5 – Coaching & Accountability

  • Your coach will check in with you via weekly calls and provide daily support for you via text.

    They will also adjust your program around your busy schedule to ensure you hit your goals wherever you are.

6 – Weekly Reviews

  • Every week, your coach will review your stress, sleep, weight, body composition, mood and progress towards your goal. We can then schedule any retests or new health tests for you while setting new goals as you continue to make massive progress.

I noticed you have a  British accent, I'm not from the UK. Does that matter?

The majority of my clients are based in the UK and USA. Our coaching team will be on hand to support you and respond to messages if you're in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia etc.

You won’t have to wait longer for a response than any of my UK-based clients.

What kind of time commitment do I have to make?

To get maximum results, the minimum to commit is at least 3x45 minute weight training sessions and 8,000 steps a day. The engagement with our coaching team is our non-negotiable Weekly Check-In, which is completed in a written format, once a week. Of course, the more you put in, the more value you can gain!

What Makes The Black High Performers Club Different?

We work exclusively with black executives, business owners, professionals. We know the problems black high performers face with their health and nutrition, so our programme is designed just for you. Our goal is to help black high performers use their physical transformation as a vehicle to reach their potential.

Are your results typical?

Absolutely. I can’t promise everyone will get the same results for the simple reason everyone puts in different amounts of effort. I can promise, however, if you give 100% to the process, you will completely transform your body.

Should I be worried if I am old?

Don’t be. The majority of our clients are between 30-55 years old. The only thing that matters is that you’re ready to transform your health and have longevity as your age.

What if I have an injury?

No problem.  All that is considered when your program is set up.  I won’t make you do anything that causes pain.

Should I be worried if I travel a lot?

Not at all. I have so many clients who need to travel a lot for work or who are in the fortunate position to take plenty of trips. And their results are no worse than anyone else’s. They’re often better. I’m not one of those coaches who says you can never eat out, have to train every day, or need to take a load of pre-prepared food with you wherever you go.

Remember - the key thing here is EASE. If you travel (even if you have a long holiday planned), I’ll ensure everything works for you.

Could I get the same results on my own?

100%…

YES My methods aren’t secret or magic.

They work incredibly well, but you could do this on your own.

Despite knowing this, most people don’t, and that’s why they spin their wheels for years and years, always being ashamed and embarrassed of their bodies and always saying they’ll do it someday.

I don’t want that for you. I’d rather you had a proven system in place that got you results that lasted and that gave you as much (or as little) support as you needed along the way.
